We are professional licensed massage therapists specializing in relaxing Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, injury rehabilitation and cupping. We strive to quickly and accurately identify the source of your pain and then to treat it properly and effectively.
We know the same therapy isn’t right for every client, so we take the time to go over your history and tailor a session that meets your specific needs.
We are able to do a relaxing full-body session or focused treatment on specific problem areas, devoting the time, attention, and expertise needed to provide real relief.

We offer deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, pre and post natal massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, craniosacral, facilitated stretching, Osteodeuce, cupping, hot stone, and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). We often combine modalities to provide the best experience possible.
Massage
Therapeutic massage releases chronic muscle tension, using deliberate strokes and direct pressure. When muscles are stressed, they block the flow of oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that builds up toxins in the muscle tissue. A massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins, and restores proper blood and oxygen circulation. It's important to drink plenty of water before and after a therapeutic session to help flush the toxins out of the body.

Sports Massage
Whether you’re an elite athlete or “weekend warrior”, sports massage is an important part of your healthcare regimen. Sports massage prevents injuries and loss of mobility, helps heal and restore mobility to injured muscle tissue, and boosts performance. Physically, sport massage flushes out toxins and waste products and helps oxygen and nutrients flow, helping tissues to recover more quickly.
We provide sport-specific therapies as well as information about avoiding injury and maximizing performance through stretching routines, home therapies, and improved body awareness.
Cupping
Cupping therapy involves creating a suction force on the skin, pulling toxins to the surface giving your lymphatic system a chance to eliminate it. The benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. Cupping is said to improve overall health. For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow and reduce recovery and pain. Cupping can leave round red or purplish marks that will fade in a few days or at most a couple weeks.
