Cancellation Policy

At Seligman Massage, LLC, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure the best scheduling experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Fees for Late Cancellations or No Shows: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% deposit will be retained. Procedure for Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will assess situations on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. It allows us to serve all our clients efficiently and provide the utmost care.
