Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best scheduling experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Fees for Late Cancellations or No Shows: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% deposit will be retained. Procedure for Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will assess situations on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. It allows us to serve all our clients efficiently and provide the utmost care.
