Service Description

Package Deal of 4 sessions of 75 minutes of bodywork and movement protocols. A deeply relaxing somatic bodywork session on the table with you fully clothed. We will address the nervous system through touch and movement to facilitate healing and better functioning throughout the body. Time will include learning and practicing movement protocols.
